It may seem odd to test a test, but that's exactly what CTB/McGraw-Hill does. As part of our quality assurance program, CTB regularly conducts research studies on our assessments. We work collaboratively with educators and student focus groups around the country to pilot our tests and validate how well they will perform. Once the assessments are thoroughly researched and tested, we can then release them to a broader audience.
Schools and students that participate in these studies qualify to earn assessment products and classroom instructional materials from CTB in exchange for their help.
Your school can earn an incentive for each student that completes all required testing for the assigned Research Study.
